Do I need to pay a deposit to book?
Most bookings are confirmed with cash or transfer on the day, at the shop. If a deposit is ever needed for a specific slot, we will let you know when we confirm your request.
What happens if I'm running late?
Let us know as soon as you can. We hold your slot for a short grace period, after that we may need to fit you into the next available opening.
Do you take walk-ins?
We prioritise booked slots, but walk-ins are welcome when a chair is free. Booking online guarantees your time.
How should I prepare before my appointment?
Come with clean, dry hair where possible and let your barber know the exact fade level or style you want when you arrive.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes, just send us a new request with your updated details as early as you can and we will adjust your slot.
